We specialise in niche sectors within the FTSE All Share, where our analysts, sales people and traders represent one of the most experienced and stable teams in the UK.

The majority of Arden's research and institutional sales departments have been together for over 15 years, having worked at Albert E Sharp Securities before founding Arden in 2002. Arden's reputation for loyalty, diligence and consistency has since allowed the company to grow quickly. We now have one of the largest and most stable small and mid-cap teams in the UK securities industry, covering fourteen sectors and over 150 companies.

Arden built its corporate finance team by hiring high-quality individuals with expertise in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, public-to-private transactions, IPOs and secondary fundraisings. Our corporate finance team worked on deals worth over £450m in 2007, raising or placing more than £190m for clients. Arden acts as advisor and/or broker to companies with a combined market capitalisation of about £4.5bn.
